Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.
1. Visits with our clients are no less than 1 hour, so no rushing, you get to spend quality time and build up a rapport with your client
2. Pension, plus holiday pay and paid mileage
3. Great Hourly Rates of pay ( £14.30 for evenings & weekends) and double time for bank holidays

5. Average hour (or guaranteed hours) contracts available
6. Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
7. Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
8. Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
9. Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
