Overview
We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to support a young male teenager with ASD and complex needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1-1 support within the family home with a wide variety of household and social activities.
* Support accessing the local community on a 2-1 basis.
* Engage in activities such as the great outdoors, exploring new places, walking, visiting the docks, and going to the park.
Qualifications
* Caring nature and outgoing personality; comfortable with an adventurous approach.
* Experience in working with children, teenagers and young adults with ASD/complex needs is essential.
* Full, clean valid UK driving license and eligible to drive a mobility car required.
Details
* Part-time position during non-term time for 10-15 hours per week.
* Hourly rate of £14.00.
* 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
