Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to work on a consultancy basis?
Our client, an independent surveying practice, are looking for an experienced Residential Surveyor to work in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas. This position is available on a Consultancy basis, offering a generous fee split of 60% on fees.
The role will primarily consist of Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
Working hours:
1. Flexible working hours / days (a minimum of 1 day a week is required)
2. Remote / work from home
Salary package on offer for the role of Residential Surveyor:
3. 60/40% fee split
4. OTE £30,000 - £80,000
Requirements for the role of Residential Surveyor:
5. Experience in Residential Surveying
6. Minimum AssocRICS
7. Full UK driving license
8. Access to own car
9. Highly organised and able to manage own workload
