6 MONTH FTC SALFORD QUAYS Your role will involve working within a team to scan all our legacy paperwork on to our virtual system and file accordingly. You will be a methodical worker and ensure you process each file diligently to ensure 100% accuracy during the scanning process Our aim is to become completely paperless and after 55 years in business, we know that isnt an easy feat. RESPONSIBILITIES Ordering files from storage Liaising with offices across the country to arrange file deliveries Updating internal systems Preparing files for back scanning Scanning file onto the system EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Have previous experience of working in a data entry/ administrative capacity Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
