Electrical Site Supervisor Dornan are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a flagship commercial project in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile build, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Your Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of coordinating site activities, materials, and equipment to ensure successful project delivery. You’ll be instrumental in driving progress, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in line with all specifications and industry regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and chargehands across site activities Plan, monitor, and adjust work schedules to meet key project milestones Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture, setting the standard on site Organise labour, plant, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow Ensure all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with other trades to maintain seamless site operations Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance across all phases of construction Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or rework Maintain accurate and detailed site records and reports Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders including clients, engineers, and project teams Support the development and mentoring of apprentices and junior team members Undertake any additional duties as required by management About You Your Experience Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally managing 30 electrical personnel Experience within data centres or high-tech environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of electrical site supervision and construction processes Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documents Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental systems Proficient IT skills (MS Office 365 essential; Power BI and SharePoint advantageous) Strong leadership skills with the ability to assess and develop team capability Your Qualifications Engineering or Trade Qualification in an Electrical discipline Essential: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Please contact Sean Hitchman on 07553002453 / sean.hitchman@dornangroup.com LI-SH1
