We are looking for a Chef Manager to join one of out long standing B&I contracts in Wrexham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of meals by planning and implementing menus and controlling food preparation.
Overall responsibilities: Prepare food complying with food standards and code of practice in a client establishment in line with company financial restrictions. Ensuring that food is maintained to company standards of quality and presentation and that sufficient food is available to maintain efficiency at busy periods of service. Previous experience in a similar role or contract catering would be advantages.
Overall purpose of the job: Identifies current and future customer food preferences by establishing personal contact and rapport with customers. To provide a professional standard of food in a client establishment in line with contractual requirements.
Applicants must be prepared to gain a food hygiene certificate if one is not already held.

Pay: £15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35.5 per week
