Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Multi-Trader to join their ever-expanding team. The work is within social housing, mostly doing all legal disrepair work and voids.
Responsibilities
* Perform disrepair work and void repairs within social housing properties as required.
* Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications
* Must have minimum 5 years experience
* Experience working within social housing
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Full UK driving licence
Details
Location: London & surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year, DoE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
