What’s the opportunity?
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Aintree Shopping Park, welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.
Description
As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more – our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.
What does the role involve?
* Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
* Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
* Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
* Work within the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience
* Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
* Help to ensure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
* Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all Poltronesofà products and services
* Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

* Basic salary between £22,628 - £26,507 with no cap on commission
* In this store, our Retail Sales Advisors earn on average £800 - £1,200 per month on top of their basic salary
