40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota. Work at our Dartford branch located on Crossways Business Park. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.
Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Dartford.

* Demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role.

* Have knowledge of the local area.
Qualifications
* Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and drive excellence.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Previous experience in the decorative industry is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
* Approachable, friendly personality.
* Ability to work both within a team and individually.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Keen to learn and develop skills within the industry.
