As we continue to expand, Tecnica is seeking an experienced Finance/Office/sales Administrator or Junior to join our team. This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment, where your expertise and proactive approach will contribute to our ongoing success.
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced position within a busy office environment, requiring candidates to have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and individually.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. The role will involve a range of administrative and financial tasks critical to the smooth running of our operations.
Responsibilities:
* Office Administration: Maintain organised and efficient file systems, handle general office tasks, and provide support as needed.
* Financial Administration: Assist with accounts, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
* Customer Engagement: Answer phone calls, raise support tickets, and deliver exceptional service to clients
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to update CRM systems and manage leads.
* Reporting & Oversight: Complete monthly financial and operational reports, supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and office protocols.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a productive and cohesive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in office administration, financial administration, or similar roles.
* HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong financial awareness, numeracy skills, and data handling expertise.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
* Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
