Pay Rates:
* AM Shifts: £23.55 ph (start between 00:0012:00)
* PM Shifts: £25.43 ph (start between 12:0000:00)
* Weekend Bonus: £58.96 for Saturday and Sunday shifts
* Shifts: 812 hours (30 min unpaid break)
