Sales Administrator (Food Manufacturing) Bradford (BD4), West Yorkshire – Office-based Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Bradford, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their Sales and Commercial team. This key role supports the smooth running of sales operations through efficient order processing, customer communication, and close collaboration with production and logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy office environment within the food-to-go sector, supporting a well-established and growing business. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, or EDI systems Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product data within internal systems Serve as first point of contact for sales-related enquiries from customers and internal teams Liaise with production and logistics to confirm order availability, lead times, and delivery schedules Provide administrative support to the sales team, including report generation and sales data analysis Monitor stock levels and flag any issues that may affect order fulfilment Assist in preparing pricing documents, product specifications, and promotional materials Support onboarding new customers, including gathering documentation and liaising with relevant departments Ensure all data entry and paperwork are accurate, compliant, and up to date Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or similar administrative roles (ideally within manufacturing or FMCG) Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP or order management software experience advantageous High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident engaging with customers and internal teams A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Flexible office-based working hours, Monday to Friday Opportunity to join a supportive and growing FMCG business On-the-job training and opportunities for personal development Friendly and professional working environment If you would like to apply for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk then please email your CV to (url removed) or call Jade on (phone number removed) Closing date is 19.09.2025 - Please note this could change subject to suitable applications Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are acting as an employment agency on behalf of its client.
