Key Responsibilities
* Carry out timely assessments in line with policy & practice guidance.
* Formulate, implement & review care plans for children and families.
* Work across assessment, child in need, child protection & court proceedings.
* Support families to thrive, empowering them to achieve the best outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children.
What Were Looking For
* Experienced Social Worker within statutory Childrens Services.
* Strong assessment, safeguarding, and care-planning skills.
