Basic Salary: up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Reaslistic OTE: £30,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
* Understanding and upselling of services including ancillary and peripheral products.
* Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
* Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
* Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
