As the successful CAD Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting and challenging design projects while diversifying and expanding your knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
* PDK installation, configuration and maintenance
* Physical IP library installation, configuration and maintenance
* o Standard cells, IOs, memories etc.
* CAD tool installation, configuration and maintenance
* Supporting the IC design engineering teams on day-to-day activities relating to CAD provision
* Working with IC design engineering teams to develop methodology improvements
* Direct technical interfacing with external foundries and CAD tool vendors
You will have:
* Previous experience working as a CAD Engineer, with a sound understanding of analog IC development
* Good knowledge of the appropriate IC design tools and process design kits for silicon chip design
* Cadence Virtuoso know-how
* Scripting experience in Linux/unix, python, Skill, TCL or other
