As a line chef it is your responsibility to deliver exceptional food with our carefully sourced ingredients, through high standards and safety guidelines. All of our dishes are prepared fresh, every day in our cafes from breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Duties
- Assisting with food preparation and service as needed
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant or kitchen area
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Placing orders for the business and invoicing when required.
* Prep in our dedicated prep kitchen
* Experience in a busy restaurant, hotel or café an advantage but full training will be given.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
* Strong food preparation and cooking skills
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Familiarity with culinary techniques and hospitality standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.35 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
