Bar Lounge Manager - About you Experience in leading a team or assisting in managing a team within in a hospitality environment essential A good understanding of current and future bar trends Ability to take ownership of team training and development ensuring the best standards are provided Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude Bar Lounge Manager Responsibilities: Ensure the bar perform to expected 5 star standard Managing team hours through creation and management of rotas and by anticipating future business Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, leading by example to your team Understand and develop the bar offering for the benefit of guests and team members Have a constant awareness of business levels ensuring a 5 star service is provided at all times Keep your team informed of any updates affecting the FB department Develop Assistant Managers in their progression through leadership and training Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards What’s in it for you?
