Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy, organised, and presentable environment at all times. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately, taking messages where necessary. Greet clients and notify relevant staff of their arrival. Handle incoming and outgoing post Provide general administrative support to partners and staff, including document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing. Maintain and update client records and databases in accordance with confidentiality and GDPR requirements. Assist with onboarding new clients, including setting up files and documentation. Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and diary management.
