Responsibilities

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
* Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergency situations.
* Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the clinical environment.
Requirements
* Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Proven experience in medication administration and patient care.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
