Are you looking for your next exciting role? We are seeking to secure the services of a qualified Chartered Surveyor / Valuation Surveyor, to undertake Red Book valuation, primarily for Secured Lending purposes, for commercial and residential properties located across England.
We are a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, who are now part of Trinity Property Group (Odevo).

Job Description:
* To undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements
* Assemble property information and review searches
* Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value
* Apply expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market
* Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
* RICS Registered Valuer status
* Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience
* Numerate and proficient in MS Office Packages
* Good report writing skills and attention to detail
* Good understanding of the local property market
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills to manage own workload to meet deadlines
* Clean PI record
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs
