I'm looking for a reliable caregiver to watch my preschooler after school each weekday. The role includes light snack preparation, supervised play, outdoor time when possible, and guiding my child through simple homework activities. We prefer someone patient, punctual, and with prior experience with early childhood education. Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and structured routine from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexible coverage during school holidays if possible.
