Key Objectives: This role would be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of production; ensuring Sunday’s & mid-week events are well equipped across locations, and leading the production team alongside the Lead Worship Pastor. Key areas of responsibility: Oversee the production division of the Worship & Production team across locations; ensuring team members are kept in the loop, and support with pastoring the team Coordinate day-to-day production requirements across locations; including production rota’s for Sunday’s & mid-week events Build the volunteer team; recruiting, training and integrating new team members (liaising with Location Worship Pastors and the Production & Sound Consultant) Responsible for weekly maintenance & reset as required Work alongside the Production & Sound Consultant to coordinate production installs, repairs & production upgrades Coordinate the preparation & running of production for internal events & ministries (such as Students, Kingdom Come, GS Communities) To attend & help facilitate the running of monthly team nights Host training sessions where required Serve on Production rota’s each Sunday & train team (sound & visual) Contribute to the overseeing of the production and technical areas connected to worship General production administration (CCLI reports, updating databases, bills etc.) Oversee the production budget alongside the Lead Worship Pastor Contribute to weekly Worship department meetings Instilling GS culture and pastoring the team (alongside Production & Sound Consultant) Person Specification: Proficiency in audio mixing Knowledge & experience of computer & IT skills, along with production hardware & software Highly adaptable and ability to work under pressure Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Highly motivated and able to take initiative.
