Hours - Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 4pm

About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Goods In & Goods Out Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring stock is accurately received, checked, stored, and dispatched in line with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving deliveries and checking goods against delivery notes
* Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies
* Accurately recording and booking stock into the systems
* Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations and updating any changes
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries safely
* Completing relevant documentation for goods received and dispatched
* Maintaining accurate stock records
* Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
* Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safe
* Following all health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in a warehouse, goods in, or goods out role preferred
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer skills for stock systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Forklift license Flexi and Counterbalance desirable
