As our Website Optimisation Manager, you'll be the engine behind our site's growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution for both SEO and CRO. Your mission is to boost traffic, turn visitors into customers, and continuously improve our user experience, particularly our online application journeys. What You'll Do Own the Strategy: Take full ownership of our SEO and CRO strategies from concept to execution Boost Performance: Optimise everything from website architecture and content to user journeys and application forms Test and Learn: Run an ongoing A/B and MVT testing program to drive improvements, documenting all findings to build a knowledge bank Manage Key Relationships: Oversee our SEO and digital agency partners and collaborate with other marketing teams to maximise paid traffic results Measure and Report: Regularly report on key website performance metrics Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive, helping them grow and succeed Requirements What You'll Bring Deep expertise in SEO, CRO, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Convert, VWO, Clarity A track record of building, launching and optimising websites using a platform like Webflow Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud A collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail An organised, proactive, and problem-solving mindset Benefits Basic salary - £35,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE Hybrid working - 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
