Key skillsets:
* Lead-level mechanical engineering experience, owning design direction across the full product lifecycle
* Strong background in scalable manufacturing, including injection moulding and successful volume production delivery
* Proven ability to translate complex or conflicting requirements into clear specifications and first-time-right designs
* Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers
