We are seeking experienced National Account Managers to manage and grow a portfolio of insurance, credit hire, and accident management accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and contract execution Build multi-level stakeholder relationships, including senior executives Deliver account plans to drive growth, profitability, and service improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery Conduct regular account and strategic reviews Promote additional services and implement process improvements About the Role Home-based with nationwide travel Work closely with sales peers and office-based support teams Play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer retention Essential Skills & Experience 5 years’ account management experience in a relevant industry Strong understanding of insurance claims processes Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Commercial awareness with strategic and analytical capability Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable Desirable Existing network within the motor insurance or claims sector What we offer you in return: Time For You: Relax with 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day for a personal special occasion.
