We’re seeking two commercially driven and strategic Business Development Managers to join our growing team at Compleo Health — a leading provider of diagnostic imaging solutions for the NHS and independent healthcare sectors.
As key members of our Commercial function, you’ll each be responsible for driving targeted growth across either the South & Midlands or London & Southeast region by leveraging your deep understanding of NHS procurement and clinical workflows. You’ll lead sales and mobilisation efforts alongside our clinical teams, negotiate high‑value contracts that deliver real patient impact, and spot emerging opportunities in a shifting healthcare landscape. If you’re a self‑starter with strong commercial experience and a passion for our mission to improve patient care across the UK, we’d love to have you on board.
What You’ll Do
* Find new business opportunities by researching the market and competitors
* Bring in new contracts and partnerships to increase revenue
* Help plan and deliver business growth strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Keep an eye on industry news, trends, and NHS updates
* Work closely with teams across the company (operations, marketing, finance, etc.)
* Lead on pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
* Represent Compleo Health at industry events and conference
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in business development or sales in healthcare
* Good understanding of NHS and public sector procurement
* Great communication and negotiation skills
* Confident managing key clients and accounts
* Organised and able to manage different tasks and deadlines
* Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
* Able to travel across the UK as needed
* Full UK driving licence
