Network Operations Specialist (Previous Relevant Experience Required)
This role is based in Woking, United Kingdom, at Telent, supporting the company's critical infrastructure. The Network Operations Specialist will work as part of the 24/7 NOC team, providing administrative support and incident management for enterprise and service provider networks.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create and manage network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action service requests and allocate tickets to support teams and service providers.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
* Communicate with customers and utility companies regarding network incidents.
Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
* Experience with 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
EU work permit is required. The role involves working in shifts, 24/7, 365 days a year.
