Stephen James Consulting continue to partner with one of their developing elderly care providers, in the search for a Divisional Support Manager (RGN) supporting 7 care homes within the portfolio.
* This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.
* As the Divisional Support Manager (RGN) you will be supporting the Director in ensuring our care homes deliver the highest possible standards of care and service.
* Working alongside the HR Advisor and Learning and Development Advisor, you will also support the registered managers with the day-to-day running and development of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
* Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.
* Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.
* To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client’s quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action.
