Job Title: Project Site Administrator
Location: Harker, Carlisle
Duration: 6-9 Month Project
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay Rate: £14-£18 per hour (dependant on experience)
We are currently seeking a Project Site Administrator to join our team on a busy construction site in Harker, Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support site operations on a project running for approximately 6-9 months, with an immediate start available.
Key Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Previous construction site experience (highly desirable)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with site management and other on-site leads
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out on-site walkarounds as part of site inductions
* Raising purchase order (PO) numbers for materials and plant using the Vocal Point system
* Managing daily and weekly time sheets
* Liaising with site managers, supervisors and other on-site leads to support smooth day to day operations
* Providing general administrative support to the site team as required
