Job Title: Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturer in Hospitality
Salary: £31.23 per hour
Location: Waterfront, Huddersfield
Hours and Weeks per Year: Variable
Responsibilities
* Predominantly based at Waterfront – Huddersfield site and focus on teaching.
* Deliver the curriculum effectively in line with the College's Quality Improvement Plan.
* Provide all students with high-quality, relevant learning experiences.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g., GCSE English and Maths at grades A*-C).
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Level 3 qualification in professional cookery or demonstrable equivalent experience and ability.
* A teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or a commitment to begin working towards this immediately (or evidence of equivalent capability).
* Proven experience in hospitality skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students of all ages and abilities, including those with high needs.
