We are seeking a confident and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our small, close-knit team.
You will be a reliable, proactive, and nurturing professional, passionate about supporting children aged 2–4 in a safe, engaging, and play-based environment.
You will take on a Key Person role, using your strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding expertise to observe, plan, and deliver meaningful learning experiences. Experience with SEN and challenging behaviour management, with room leader experience preferred.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can lead confidently, use their initiative, communicate effectively with staff, children and families,and adapt to the needs of a small community setting. Creativity, organisation, patience, and a genuine love for helping children thrive are essential.
