TRIP are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury interiors retailer for their store in Dorchester. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth with three new stores planned for the next two years.
Responsibilities
* The ideal Sales Consultant:
* Must have experience in face to face, high-service/consultative based showroom sales
* Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
* Be confident and highly motivated
* Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

Basic salary £25k + individual commission + bonuses an uncapped (average) OTE c£30,000-£35,000 (the top 3 sales people in the business earning in excess of £40,000)
