Several inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Northampton are looking to appoint Inclusion Support Practitioners from September 2025. These schools work with a diverse student population, including pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism, and those at risk of disengagement or exclusion. This is a high-impact, student-facing role-ideal for someone passionate about inclusion, resilience, and restoring confidence in learners who face barriers to education.
