We are lookingfor a Senior Paediatric Nurseto join a well-established rehabilitation service in Surrey, which provides specialist care for children and young people with complex health needs.
Based within one of the on-site houses,the Senior Paediatric Nurse is responsible for providing hands-on clinical care while supporting the HouseManager with day-to-day team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and oversee complex care (e.g. tracheostomy, gastrostomy, ventilation)
* Support clinical supervision, appraisals, and rota management
* Act as a key liaison for families and external professionals
* Coordinate care to ensure access to education, therapy, and activities
* Maintain accurate, NMC-compliant clinical records
Requirements:
* NMC Registered Nurse (Childrens or Learning Disabilities preferred)
* Experience in paediatric complex care or SEND settings
* Confident in leading shifts and mentoring care teams
* Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care
