Job Description
Working on behalf of our client based in Halifax. We are currently recruiting for an Electrician on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
* Install electrical systems, including control panels and drive systems.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial motors and gearboxes.
* Collaborate with engineers to design and implement energy-efficient electrical solutions.
* Conduct electrical testing and commissioning to ensure system safety and functionality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
* ECS Gold Card
* Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
* 18th Edition
* 2391 - Advantageous (Company will put successful candidates through this)
* Driving License
* Happy with working away from home at times.
What our client can offer in return:
* £20 per hour
* 37.5 hours per week basic - with regular overtime available weekly, on average a 48 hour week.
