We are recruiting a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher for a popular Oxford primary. The Year 3/4 Teacher will plan coherent cross-year sequences, manage mixed-age differentiation effectively, deliver guided reading and maths mastery sessions, and design targeted interventions for individuals and small groups. This Year 3/4 Teacher role starts January 2026, with induction and handover provided before January 2026 to ensure continuity for pupils and the successful start of the spring term in Oxford.

The Year 3/4 Teacher will lead planning for a mixed-age cohort, ensuring progression across both year groups and adapting learning to meet diverse needs. The Year 3/4 Teacher will run small-group tuition, monitor impact and support transition into Year 5. Person specification
