Job Description
We are a leading interior landscaping and workplace design company, transforming offices and commercial spaces through creative plant installations and sustainable biophilic design. With continued UK and international growth, we're expanding our team and seeking a Plant Technician to maintain high quality plant displays across Belfast and Dublin.
Role Overview
As a Plant Technician, you will independently manage the care and presentation of interior and exterior plant displays across multiple client sites. You will deliver excellent customer service, provide expert guidance on plant care, and ensure every installation is maintained to the highest standard. You'll work autonomously day to day while being supported by a collaborative regional team.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a variety of indoor and outdoor plant installations, ensuring all displays remain healthy and visually impressive.
* Deliver professional, friendly customer service, completing site reports and maintaining accurate records.
* Work effectively with your Team Leader and Line Manager to complete scheduled routes efficiently.
* Follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements to uphold strong safety standards.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and colleagues.
* Proven customer service experience with a commitment to high standards.
* Problem solving mindset and ability to work confidently in new or changing environments.
* Genuine enthusiasm for plants and the outdoors.
* Comfortable navigating multiple sites across Belfast and Dublin.
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
* Physically fit and able to carry out active tasks using watering cans, stepladders, and related equipment.
* Full driving licence and willingness to drive a company van.
* Flexibility with working hours.
Additional Requirements
* Ability to travel between client sites in both Belfast and Dublin.
* Willingness to work variable start times depending on the route schedule.
