Insight Employment are seeking anexperienced Operations Manager for a client of ours in Banburyfor anIMMEDIATE START.

The Role/Duties: -

The Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the day-to-day workflow, efficiency, and safety of large-scale food distribution and production facilities, often across a six-day working week.

Core Responsibilities: -

Facility Management: Oversee daily business operations at depots or factory sites to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Performance & Strategy: Develop and monitor performance metrics (KPIs), implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards for Health & Safety (H&S), food hygiene, and industry regulations within a multi-temperature, chilled warehouse environment.
