The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, balancing outsourced and in-house capabilities, including potential development of an in-house studio for original content, especially for platforms like YouTube.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on production leader with a creative mindset and experience in building scalable content systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead all production aspects for marketing content, including TV commercials, ambassador campaigns, charity films, digital assets, and PR support.
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient delivery.
* Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager.
* Address production challenges proactively and facilitate cross-team solutions.
* Define long-term production strategy, including what to outsource or bring in-house.
* Assess and improve existing processes, introducing new systems or tools.
* Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing speed, quality, and consistency.
* Align production efforts with marketing, creative, brand, social, and growth teams.
* Plan for an in-house studio creating original content for platforms like YouTube.
* Collaborate on content strategies that extend beyond campaigns, such as behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, and charity features.
* Test scalable, low-lift content formats to enhance long-term engagement.
* Identify areas where in-house capabilities can improve storytelling and brand visibility.

About You:

* 10+ years in senior production roles within creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media.
* Proven track record in overseeing TV, digital, social, and branded content from concept to delivery.
* Experienced in managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight deadlines.
* Strategic thinker with experience in evolving production models and internal capability building.
* Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production, with sound judgment on system investments.
* Highly organized, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent.
* Collaborative leader capable of influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive content (e.g., charities or fundraising) is a plus.

We value diversity and inclusivity, encouraging all backgrounds and perspectives to contribute to our innovative culture.

What’s In It For You:

* Generous stock options
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Office closure between Christmas and New Year
* Private medical and dental insurance
