A growing UK-based digital business is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their small, ambitious team as they transition from an agency model into a scalable software platform.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working across multiple projects and industries (especially manufacturing and product‑led businesses). No two days will look the same.
What you’ll be doing
* Building and maintaining full stack web applications
* Working across internal platforms and client systems
* Developing with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js
* Translating real‑world processes into smart digital tools
* Collaborating in a close‑knit, agile team
What we’re looking for
* Commercial experience across multiple projects / clients
* Strong PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js experience
* Comfortable working across different systems and priorities
* SQL, Git, and modern development workflows
* Agency or multi‑project background preferred
Nice to have
* Craft CMS
* Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or physical products
* £40k–£50k salary, with option to increase after 6 months
