Role Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, supporting the continued growth of the department and building long lasting relationships with clients. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and enjoy working in a commercially focused environment, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Manage landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
Assist with commercial refinancing and secured lending transactions
Draft and negotiate contracts and property documentation
Conduct title investigations and prepare reports
Manage direct client relationships
Ensure files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion
Support wider business development initiatives where appropriate
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who is confident managing their own caseload.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor
Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property
Confident managing files independently
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially aware and client-focused approach
Proactive and flexible approach to work
