We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate head office functions, supporting different areas of the business. This includes conducting in-depth role briefing meetings with managers, creating engaging job advertisements, proactively sourcing candidates, and guiding offer negotiations, all while following our best practice recruitment processes. A key focus of this role will be championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaboration will be vital as you partner closely with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and broader business objectives. Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are equally important for effectively engaging candidates and conveying information clearly.
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in a TA role, gained from an in-house or an RPO environment and experience within financial services would be a distinct advantage
* Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Strong understanding of recruitment challenges across different sectors, including market trends and key skillsets
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
* Strong sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelines
* Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience driving inclusive hiring practices.
