Job Overview You will work as part of a team of surveyors to support the effective estate management in one of the three geographical regions in the UK (North/ Midlands, South) (and wider where required). Each comprises of approximately 1500-2000 sites, to ensure that the site agreements are managed, improved and renewed to meet Cellnex Business needs. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues in Site Negotiation, Site Management, Property Legal and Technical Operations to : the implementation of the new Electronic Communications Code and the continuous development of Cellnex's Code strategy. and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to include (but not exclusive): Internal and external Customers, Landlords, Third Party Landowners / Neighbours, Landlord agents and other stakeholders. in a supervised manner with estate management activities in the Region including, wayleaves and general estate management activities. with cost-contain and risk-manage the company's property interests. the Installation Services Delivery programmes for MNO and corporate customers, including: matter advice on Cellnex estate management policy. delivery through the lease renewal and capital deployment programmes. to resolve issues during the rights acquisition process, using all available strategies and legal enforcement, whilst adhering to Cellnex governance, under the guidance of the Regional Manager. This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices in Reading or Leamington 3 days a week, with 2 days at home. Main Responsibilities Support estate management tasks and assist with effective risk management of sites within the Region (and wider area as required). This includes but is not exclusive to: Support the Regional Manager with a comprehensive range of professional asset and estates management duties and project delivery tasks across the corporate and occupational portfolio. Provide background data and property information with regard to financial planning and budgeting of property assets and commercial projects to minimise costs and risks, assist with the reporting and information gathering on activities and performance. Assist in ensuring 100% visibility of risk to the continued operation of sites. Provide resource to support property asset management activities. Work with other internal and external professional teams to deliver best practice, engagement and customer focused property services in line with performance measures and business targets. Contribute to internal and external communication and stakeholder engagement. Promote the team as a centre of excellence and support, implement relevant policy, guidelines and legislation. Support governance and process improvements and maintain appropriate controls and management of data to include property records. Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation. Ensure that all KPI and other personal and business targets are met.
