As a Chef Manager You'll Join our team at their large sustainable packaging solutions site in Nottinghamshire, you will ensure the prompt and efficient preparation and service of all meals to the company’s standard and to the client’s satisfaction, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Unit to the required standard in the Service Level Agreement. Maintain all statutory regulations and ensuring company policies are adhered to, you will also be responsible for planning, preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required times, adhering to the Service Level Agreement and to the client, customer and Sodexo satisfaction. What We're Looking For Experience of catering management, managing a team and budgets.
