Job Title: Used Car Sales Manager
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £40,000 + bonus - OTE £65,000 + Company Car
One of the UK's premier independently owned, family run car retailer groups, is in search of an accomplished Used Car Sales Manager for their dealership in High Wycombe.
This high profile leadership role is your chance to shape and expand the used car business in a high profile VAG business. Key Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a strong leadership team responsible for setting and driving the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales.
- Full accountability for the used car Profit and Loss performance.
- Lead the monitoring and delivery of all operational used car commercial objectives, policies, and standards, taking responsibility for improving sales volume.
- Heavily involved in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and vehicle presentation, driving the professionalism and performance of the department.
