Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per year (DOE) + Bonus & Commission Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours considered)

Our client is a well‑respected Ford dealership that's continuing to grow thanks to its excellent reputation for customer service and quality workmanship. We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their busy workshop team in Wantage.
You'll be working with a trusted automotive brand, supported by Ford Academy training, and rewarded with great pay, ongoing career development, and a friendly working environment.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
* Perform warranty and safety checks in line with Ford guidelines.
* Record detailed job sheets and parts used accurately in the system.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
* Work effectively as part of a close‑knit team.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
* MOT Tester (preferred but not essential, training provided).
* Excellent technical and fault‑finding skills.
* Strong communicator with good attention to detail.
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence required.
