Are you enthusiastic, motivated and committed with excellent interpersonal, organisational skills and have experience in research? We are looking for a nurse with research and acute care experience to join our team of research nurses/practitioners at Ipswich Hospital. The role includes supporting studies across a wide range of specialities across the Trust. The Research and Development department at ESNEFT is an established clinical research unit hosting a variety of studies from NIHR portfolio, locally developed and commercially sponsored clinical trials. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
A vital part of this role will be to provide excellent research care to patients who have consented to participate in research. The role will involve leading and supporting studies within the team as well as supporting junior team members. You must be able to prioritise and manage your time and workload effectively. You must be methodical and well organised in order to undertake research activities including following study protocols, clinical assessments, case report form completion, daily management and co-ordination of study participants. You will work across a range of studies including observational research, novel drug therapy and clinical interventions.

* Follow study protocols, conduct clinical assessments and complete case report forms.
* Daily management and co-ordination of study participants.
* Work across a range of studies including observational research, novel drug therapy and clinical interventions.
