Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Corby Salary: £35,000 Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our clients Director of Consultancy and Senior Consultants. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across the consultancy and professional services teams, with opportunities to contribute to specialist projects and cross-departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide PA and administrative support to the Director of Consultancy and Senior Consultants. Assist the Team and FCF department with document preparation, scheduling, and communications. Offer flexible administrative cover across departments, including reception duties such as greeting visitors and handling calls. Prepare high-quality documents with meticulous attention to detail and manage monthly invoicing. Conduct research, organise meetings (including minute-taking), and support event management. Oversee office and vehicle coordination, ensuring efficient facilities management. Perform quality audits and SHEQ checks to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Uphold a commercial mindset in all activities while fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a friendly, professional demeanour. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to produce polished documents. A proactive approach, with the initiative to solve problems and support team needs.
