Relevant experience may include: Senior leadership experience within the space, satellite communications, telecommunications, or deep-technology sectors Demonstrated success leading organisations or business units through periods of rapid growth Experience within the downstream space industry, including services or applications built on satellite data or communications infrastructure A track record of selling complex technology solutions into industry verticals such as Defence, Maritime, Agriculture, or related markets mentioned above. Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing teams within technology-led organisations The ability to inspire and manage young, high-potential technical talent Strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders across industry and government will be essential.
